The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) proudly participated as the Culinary Partner at Food Asia 2025, held from September 13–15 at Expo Centre Lahore. The mega three-day event united Pakistan’s finest chefs, food lovers, and hospitality professionals under one platform.
COTHM as the Culinary Partner
As the official culinary partner, COTHM organized competitions, live cooking demonstrations, and innovative food stalls. The team ensured smooth coordination throughout, while a prestigious jury panel — including Chef Waseem, Chef Jahnzaib, Chef Umar, Chef Tippu Imran, Chef Ahmad Nawaz, and Chef Abdul Basit — maintained international culinary standards in judging.
Founder, President & CEO of COTHM, Mr. Ahmad Shafiq, praised the participants and emphasized that
“demonstrations are vital for building a positive impact in culinary education, as they prepare young chefs with the skills to meet global standards.”
